The Lotus Chronicles
Who this series is for
The Lotus Chronicles are for women in the middle of starting over who want honest company rather than a tidy story about resilience. For the woman rebuilding a life she did not plan to rebuild, older than she meant to be for this kind of beginning, and wondering whether the second half can really hold more than the first. If you want to read someone else's unflinching account of the breaking and the blooming while you sit with your own, these books were written for you.
What each guide holds
The Lotus Chronicles are a three-volume story of starting over in midlife: Where the Lotus Grows is the breaking, Where the Lotus Rises is the rising, and Where the Lotus Blooms is the becoming. These are read-and-reflect editions, with space after each chapter to sit with your own story beside mine. You can read them in order as one continuous arc, or begin with the volume that meets where you are standing right now. Here is what each one is about.

Where the Lotus Grows (Volume One)
This is where the ground breaks open. Volume One is the beginning of the story, the losses and the fractures and the slow, stubborn first signs of something new taking root. Read it with space to sit with your own beginning, wherever yours cracked open.

Where the Lotus Rises (Volume Two)
This is the rising. Volume Two is the middle of the journey, the part where you are no longer where you were but not yet where you are going, and you keep moving anyway. Read it alongside your own rising, the messy, uncertain climb no one warns you about.
All three volumes of The Lotus Chronicles in one book: the breaking, the rising, and the blooming, the whole arc of starting over from the ground up. Read it straight through as one continuous story, with space after each chapter for your own reflection. The complete chronicle, at the best price for the full journey.

The Lotus Chronicles Journal
A companion journal for the whole trilogy, made to sit open beside the books as you read. The Chronicles leave space to reflect; this is where you carry that reflection further, one chapter and one prompt at a time. Your own becoming, written in your own hand.

The Lotus Chronicles are a three-volume story of starting over in midlife, told without flinching. Across the three books the ground breaks open, something rises, and against every odd it blooms. Where the Lotus Grows is the breaking. Where the Lotus Rises is the rising. Where the Lotus Blooms is the becoming you were not sure would come.
This is my story, but it was never only mine. It is the story of losing a life you thought was permanent, of rebuilding from the ground up when you are older than you meant to be for this kind of starting over, and of discovering that the second half can hold more than the first. These are read-and-reflect editions, with space after each chapter to sit with your own story beside mine.
Read them in order, as one continuous arc, or begin with the volume that meets where you are standing right now. Keep a journal close as you go. However you come to them, read them as a companion to your own becoming, proof that blooming was always possible, even late, even here.
Where the Lotus Blooms (Volume Three)
This is the blooming, the one you were not sure would come. Volume Three is where the long work of starting over finally opens into something you can live in, changed and more yourself than before. Read it with your own story close, and let it remind you that blooming was always possible.
