Homeschool Resources
Who this series is for
The Homeschool Resources are for the parent teaching at home. Maybe you chose this. Maybe the school left you no real choice. Either way, you are now responsible for a child's education on top of everything else you carry, and you want to do it well without drowning in it. These guides give you the legal footing, the structure, and the condition-specific support to teach with confidence, from someone who has done it.
What each guide holds
This line has three parts: what you need to get started, what you need to stay legal in your state, and what you need to teach your particular child. Start wherever you are standing right now.
Getting Started
Before curriculum, before compliance, before anything: what does a homeschool day actually look like when your child has a disability? These are the foundational pieces, the ones that answer the questions you have at eleven at night when you are wondering whether you have made a terrible mistake. You have not.

Staying Legal in Your State
Homeschool law is not the same in any two states, and the paperwork is where most families panic. These guides are organized by how much your state actually regulates, so you are reading only what applies to you. Know what you must file, when, and what you can safely ignore.

Teaching Your Particular Child
General homeschool advice assumes a child who learns in the expected way. Yours may not. Each of these guides takes one condition and answers the real question: how do I actually teach this child, at this table, on the days it is hard? Written for the kitchen table, not the classroom.
